It’s no grilled cheese Virgin Mary

One of the benefits of doing a caption contest is that you run across stories like this:

A photo of a bonfire taken by a Polish construction worker is creating a stir for the resemblance of the flames to a silhouette of the country’s beloved son, the late Pope John Paul II.

The picture of the flames — said to resemble a silhouette of the pope bending in a gesture of blessing — has been featured in newspapers across Poland and other countries, including Germany and Italy.

Grzegorz Lukasik, 26, snapped the photo April 2 at a mountainside ceremony marking the second anniversary of the pope’s death.

And I saw a cloud that looked like Dick Cheney.

You would think that one of the advantages of dying and then appearing in a bonfire is that you would get to get rid of your hunch. Maybe he was just giving a premature “thumbs up” to Poland for ousting Jaroslaw Kaczynski.

Duh. You wouldn’t know it was him without the hunch. It would just be some unknown flame guy wearing a dress.
